JLY Series Paper Evaporative Cooling Pad

Principle of cooling:

Cooling pads is based on the natural physical phenomenon of “water evaporates and absorbs heat”,that is water flows from top to bottom under its’gravity action, forming a water film on the corrugated fiber surface of the cooling pad. When the fast-moving air passes through the cooling pad, the water in the water film absorbs the heat in the air and evaporates, then the temperature of the air passing through the cooling pad is reduced, thereby achieving cooling effect.(The fast-moving air is produced by the assorted Negative pressure exhaust fan.)

	Corrugated paper is specially treated, with high structural strength, corrosion resistance, mildew resistance and long service life.
	Good permeability and water absorption, no water drift, can ensure that water evenly penetrates the entire cooling pad wall.
	Specific stereoscopic structure provides the largest evaporation surface area for the heat exchange between water and air, evaporation efficiency is high.
	Safety, energy saving, environmental protection, economical and applicable.
	Strict production as per standard, width of 600mm cooling pad includes 86sheets.
	Aluminum alloy frame, Stainless steel frame, Galvanized steel frame and PVC frame are optional.
