Can The Exhaust Fan Be Used Under Negative Pressure

The usage methods are as follows: 1. Fully familiarize yourself with the samples of negative pressure exhaust fans, and be familiar with the specifications, types, impeller rotation direction, airflow inlet and outlet direction, etc. of the fans; Before installing the fan, the impeller should be checked for any signs of friction and collision, and all components should be thoroughly inspected to ensure that the accessories are complete and the connections between each component are tight. Carefully check whether the fan blades are damaged or deformed due to transportation, otherwise they should be repaired before installation.

2. The air duct connecting the inlet and outlet of the fan should have separate support, and it is not allowed to add the weight of the duct to the components of the negative pressure exhaust fan; When installing the fan, attention should be paid to the horizontal position of the fan, and the connection between the fan and the foundation and the air outlet pipeline should be adjusted to make it naturally fit, and forced connection is not allowed. 3. After the installation of the negative pressure exhaust fan, use your hand or lever to pull the impeller and check for any signs of tightness or friction, any objects that hinder rotation, and no abnormalities before conducting a trial run. The exposed part of the fan transmission device should have a protective cover (provided by the user). If the fan inlet is not connected to a pipeline, a protective net or other safety device (provided by the user) should also be added.

4. The negative pressure exhaust fan wiring must be correct and reliable, and the fan casing should be properly grounded. The grounding must be reliable. The power supply to the fan must be complete and comply with relevant requirements. The wiring of the fan must be done by an electrician with professional knowledge.

5. After all fans are installed, they should be checked for any remaining tools and debris inside the fan.
